Taking inspiration from my own art style
The design was heavily inspired by my own art style, emphasizing bold colors and chunky, sculptural forms.
Incorporated elements from my paintings, reflecting my love for vibrant hues and expressive shapes.

I wanted to create a furniture piece that will look like an art sculpture when looked at from different sides.
Explored existing low laying chair designs to figure out the best working dimensions for both aesthetics and comfort.

Prototyping
First iteration involved creating a smaller ration prototype just testing out the proportions and adjusting the dimensions as need for the best fit
Once satisfied with the adjustments i started building the main chair and added strength in to the chair
Tested the chair to hold my body weight before i build the rest.
